Keys to Success…
Enthusiasm is the key to success in all you do.  Strive to maintain an enthusiastic stance in your own life and reflect that to help create a positive impact on others.
Randy's enthusiasm is focused and solid, and he attributes much of his success directly to it:  be the best Christian, husband, parent, athlete, friend, and employee.

His mantra is that enthusiasm is contagious - you don’t need to be a superstar to be a leader.  Enthusiasm and enjoying what you do is very important for good health, striving at being the best you can be, and helping others.
