Soon after you are hired, you will be provided with a dedicated transition team that will help you transition your business, ensuring that the move goes as smoothly as possible. Working through compliance, and getting you involved with the right people to learn about the culture and environment.
Assisting you directly for the first 2 months, and then our ongoing support staff each day thereafter. We will continue to answer all your questions and train you on paperwork, products, services, marketing, and system technology (Smartstation) until you are fully up to speed and your business is running smoothly. Our objective is to provide you with the tools and information necessary to help you and your clients be productive from day one.
After joining, your transition will also be supported directly by the President and CEO of our company to work through specific details, scheduling, and marketing requests you may have to jump start your business at your new home. You will also be assigned to one of the firm’s senior managers, the local or regional leader is a highly successful, well-respected veteran Financial Advisor who, like you, is committed to running their own ethical, profitable and professional business.
