Financial Professional Growth Plan
Initial Diagnostic Review. The centerpiece of Growth Accelerator is the growth plan, which begins with a comprehensive diagnostic review based upon information about the Financial Professional's business and goals. The analysis takes into account more than fifty business building factors, including the Financial Professional's current business model, marketing programs, book segmentation, service model, investment planning, product mix and use of available technology.
Technology and Product Platform Optimization. We provide proactive support to help Financial Professionals leverage available technology and products offerings to maximize growth potential.
Practice Management Programs. Each growth plan includes self study or instructor-led modules from practice management programs such as our "Gateway" and "Foundations" series. These are designed to help the Financial Professional structure his or her business to acquire the clients they most want to serve, and include a custom-built Customer Relationship Management system.
One-on-One Professional Coaching. A dedicated growth consultant supports the Financial Professional's progress through the plan's prescribed action steps.
Optional Workshops and Conferences
Every other week web-based workshops on topics that support the personal growth plan are scheduled. These may be product or practice oriented, or may be about leveraging technology and are hosted by subject-matter experts. In 2010 First Clearing will host two dynamic “All-Star Advisor” conferences in St. Louis, Missouri. These are scheduled for May 12-14, 2010 and September 23-24, 2010, and present a systematic approach to positioning yourself to attract high net worth clients and obtain new business. |
